How does Vysor?
Vysor is on the computer to install as a chrome extension. This has the advantage that you can start the Smartphone remote control on your Mac or PC with Linux or Windows. The control unit completely via mouse and keyboard. You connect your Smartphone via USB cable for your computer.
Vysor is there as a free and paid version. The free edition allows only the wired operation, reduces the displayed resolution and allows screenshots. The Pro version increases the resolution, allows the full screen mode, allows you to drag- and -drop file transfers, and enables wireless operation.

Vysor install
Smartphone half of Vysor is available as an app in the play store. Install and then enable USB debugging in your Smartphone. On the PC you installed chrome and chrome extension. In principle you can save a lot going through the play store you, because the chrome extension anyway would install the app via the debugging interface on your Smartphone, if it is missing.
Controls your Smartphone with Vysor
You control your Smartphone simply by mouse. A desktop shortcut on the PC brings you directly on your Smartphone screen. A control bar at the top of the projection window gives you access to the physical buttons, screen shots, and the on-screen keyboard. In the Pro version, you can customize here the resolution.

Not all of Vysor is positive in the rapid test. While the Setup is very easy, it looks different with the operation. The time delays and the image quality in the free version are fun-consuming. You should immediately pin the control panel at the top by clicking on the needle because otherwise, it disappears. And the Android notifications are not redirected to your desktop system. For additional installation of Pushbullet - also recommends in Smartphone and browser.
