Believed dead Flash longer: paranoid Android is back
Paranoid Android is back. The popular alternative to CyanogenMod is available again after a long break. The system images are available for download and are based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Nexus owners will enjoy advanced features in the custom ROM.

After in summer 2015 many developers paranoid Android hired the custom ROM OnePlus, did nothing when the project long time himself. One of the former Projektverantwortlichen André SADDLER had even declared it dead. The manpower was gone and no longer sufficient to provide updates for the alternative firmware.
That has now changed. In the most recent blog entry, it says "all new features. New team members. New everything [...] "." The usual change report reads so as Android would never been away paranoid.

Paranoid Andorid 2016 is available for nexus devices 6 p, 5 X, 6, 5, 4, 7 2013, 9 and the OnePlus devices in one, 2, X. This link takes you to download. You can get matching Google apps at OpenGapps. When the nexus 6 p, you must also extract the vendor-image from the corresponding factory image and Flash separately. When the nexus 5 X, however, the paranoid Android developers have added already the vendor image of the flashbaren zip file.
